Marla Abari - Chief Wellness Officer, Certified Health and Wellness Coach

Marla is a graduate of bachelor of science in business and marketing. Coupled with a strong background in personal development, sales, and conflict resolution makes her a perfect leader for the program. Her background spans from a Certified M.A, registered yoga teacher, sculpt instructor, meditation leader to fitness enthusiast, open communication leader to guided visualization expert. By working with Human Resource divisions at a variety of companies, she helps in vastly increasing the mood, energy, and work ethic of each company she pairs with.


Marla has created “Abari Wellness”, a method of infusing health and healing into the workplace. Her passion for wellness combined by her compassionate nature, boundless energy, focused drive, and experience in corporate climates are all important attributes of hers to help develop your company's health and wellness goals.

Elle Abari - Assistant Wellness Officer, Certified Yoga Teacher

Elle is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles who received her B.A. in Sociology, with a minor in Society & Genetics. At the age of 17, she received her first yoga teacher certification and began teaching private classes. She has always had a strong interest in the ways in which food, environment, health, and nutrition play a large role in how we tend to gather as a community. With this interest, she is currently attending school for culinary arts to further her education in nutrition. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, cooking, baking, hiking, and playing with her puppy, Jade, and cat, Sophia.  

Martha Parrish - Wellness Administrator, Panel Member 

Martha is a graduate of the University of California Riverside, CA who received her B.S. in Psychology and she is working towards her Masters in Psychiatric Nursing. She currently works as a behavioral therapist with children on the Autism Spectrum.  She has always had an interest in the effects that societal factors, physical well being, and nutrition play on mental health. In her free time, she enjoys reading psychology autobiographies, hiking, playing with her pug, Lucy, and cooking.
